They are trying to boost the number of PRC voices, PRC businesses within this space as it comes to standards setting debates about potential for new IP. This is a broad vision that could be linked into now becoming a UN endorsed approach. If you are leading, I would say you have a much larger say over what the agenda is and that's a very plumb position to be in.
