"Is it possible that the marriage tribunal could have been wrong"? "Yeah when you get down to the granular to get pretty complicated okay yeah they can't something uh... They can't," he says. 'You would not be culpable for living with a woman who wasn't your lawful wife but your culpability would be nil because you didn't know that and you did everything in good faith' He continues by asking if there are any examples of people being able to live as though their first marriage was invalid then later find out its actually valid.
