What's Going on With the Quality of the Food?
"We don't tie our evaluation or our critique of how good a restaurant is in the quality of food based on price, which I think our parents have a tendency to do," Davey says. "If you are happy to pay it or you can afford it, great. And if you can't and you want to do cheaper food that's frozen, go to Newtown or somewhere else." He adds: "I feel like there was never a formula for me to make huge amounts of money... But I'm going to stick to what I am doing".
