The first rule for resilience, name the pain. You can't heal what is hidden. So get it out. Once you've named the pain, then there will be people processing that with you and giving you grace. That allows you to then shift the narrative. As long as it's stored internally, it's just your mind doing a loop. The pain no longer has a hold on you.
