I think it's pretty clearly a murder of george floyd, you know, i think the first phase was, ok, we have to say something like so everyone get their statements together. The second phase was, right, words don't actually mean anything. We should probably do something, right? And so then it became, o k, what should we do? Everyone started to look internal first. So that's where a lot of, ahour black employees felt very empowered to hold people accountable - which was really amazing moment. Lot of people to have their voices heard for the first time in some of these huge corporations. Then it was ogaywhatd we do for our customers...
