Buying a Piece of Land From a Land Investor
A great story i have, because it's a huge problem in the land business. I was trying to buy a piece of land, just from another investor,. And so the guy send me the location id do some further digging and look it up. Mike, dude, this piece of land is 50 miles from where you told me. It actually was, way out in middle nowhere. You can't delegate what you don't know.
