The Eyes Can't Trespass
The eyes can't trespass idea pertains to the eye of a passor byer, not the eyes of a stalker. So if we get into a kind of cuta nock at a private citizen in stall his camera and surveil your house, you would probably run into some kind of law protection against stalking. This olojust in public view, so it's fine. Does something like a sort of stalking or something like that come into play here? I don't think it bears on whether a search has occurred.
