Is There a Systemic Racism in America?

I agree with a lot of the statistics and you've got to deal with this in an empirical way. I'm not sure there's all that much we can do about those people who have access to Twitter. The population of serious racists in the USA white or black seems to be between six and eight percent. There are just as many racists on the left side of the fence if you look at some of the attitudes in Islamic communities toward Jews or blacks.
