Integration is a key issue for organization design and information process. Integration can, so to say, happen in meeting rooms where people come together because they have the information that you just ee the processes and then you finishd and then youhave integrated. I think what i'm curious about specifically is he writes in the article about the information processing model and then the mechanistic model. He says fut that that his model is a mechanistic one. Right?
