I got the term plumbers from Alex Fierce, former head of legal and policy at medium. People who are interested in content moderation should definitely check out a great post that Alex did interviewing real world content moderators about their experience. And I also think it would be a fantastic podcast series to have someone taking complaint calls from someone that like has a content moderation problem. Another thing that strikes me as a massive gap between like regulator and perhaps public understanding of this space is use of automated tools.
