The dual process approach toc ctivity is actually not a single model. It's sort of a collection of related models for thinking about it. So, ah, if you want to think about it in terms of a conmanteversky conoment, at least talking about system one, an system too. Nowadays we talk about type on it, typed it. But inside also requires this incubation period after sort of hitting the wall,. right when you're working on your problem using i a a type to deliberate, effortful, conscious process. And then you get u that's when you take the walk, take the shower, take the nap.
