Oceans are playing an increasing role hosting great fleets of offshore wind turbines. But the ocean itself, the water, is a vast energy system that's been surprisingly underused. There is an estimated two terawatts of sea wave power - untapped despite decades of experiments across the world with multiple devices. Someone who has managed to tap the oceans and connect it to the grid is co-founder of Israel based eco-wave power.
