Don't Half Asset Full Asset

Jim Boulden: I love it reading from you and from other people. You kind of have to do the numbers because if you don't do the numbers, you're like, Oh, we grew by 30%. And then you move on. But whenever you can actually learn and see the numbers, see the growth, it just gives so much more color to it. So let's talk about these inflection points. One thing that is interesting, you've been really good at two things, finding amazing talent in unassuming places where people don't normally go. And then two, empowering them to do good things. The next chapter of what I'm doing is infinitely more cool than deciding
