Walking Is More Than Meditation
Walking is more than meditation, it actually provokes thought. The leisurely moments of my daily walks have often been filled with charming periods of contemplation which i regret having forgotten. What i've learnt is to surrender completely, even to boredom and ugliness, and accept it and fatigue. It'll work as a therapy, somewhat paradoxically, if you don't necessarily expect it to work. So is very much open to contingency and to whatever happens.
