Do NSAIDs and Tranexamic Acid Work for Abnormal Uterine Bleeding?
Tranexamic acid can also work for other structural causes of abnormal uterine bleeding that aren't related to menses. For any other cause of heavy menstrual bleeding, regardless of whether it's from fibroids or adenomyosis or PCOS, yeah, they would all be good options. North endrome a little bit less, but it can also do that. Madroxyprogesterone in particular makes people really moody and tends to make them bloated.
