I would almost say that the socialization factor of being able to attend one of those universities is far more valuable than the degree itself. For example, my daughter graduated from yale in 20 ten, so i know a lot about yale. And my other two kids graduated from nodre dame at various years. So obviously they went to early, great schools. I'm certainly not telling people not to go to college, but i don't think in this new era, a degree is an accreditation.
