What's a Secret Language?

The U-BAN community in Nigeria has different languages for men and women. One tribal leader said that as boys start reaching adolescence, they just start speaking the male language. "What a rough adolescence is that?" you ask. It would be even worse for speed dating, wouldn't it? I don't know how it works.
