Do I Still Have to Buy a House at 7%?
We've smashed your home price growth model, but things are starting to decelerate. Do sell quickly, even still a teenager level. But we're having this big battle now between sellers and buyers in a very unique situation. Even the sellers themselves are kind of like, well, if I sell my house, I still have to buy another house at, you know, 7%. Is that what I want to do? Can I do that? Some say no, some say it's easy and not a problem.
