This week we take another baby step towards answering the single biggest question in biology, how did life begin? We scan ancient Europe to find out how your ancestors trashed the forests there thousands of years before the rise of the Roman Empire. There's a plague of frogs coming to your ponds, or maybe a plague on frogs in your ponds, grew some details coming up later.
