I Don't Want a Church Where Everyone Is Known
i want to create an environment where everyone is cared for. If there's a problem, we want to make it right. We hire emotionally intelligent people who are really good at dealing with conflict. And i believe in andy stanleys, do for one what you wish you could do for everyone. Sometimes i'll just randomly call some one who be mail the public in box and say, let's for ten minutes. I don't do that very often, but i'll do it. Or i'll do an event that i wouldn't normally do, because it's like, ya, i'm going to do it. I'll help out. But that's how i conofsort
