Working From Home - Is That a Good Idea?
For us it's always been about stand up meetings, but then having these informal meetings. I think there does need to be a mix of on line meetings as well as in person. You just get so much more out of it that it just slips through the cracks when you're talking on lines. So if you have the opportunity to cometo ther bounce some ideas off o one another with a white board on the wall, i think you're going to maximize the impact that you can get from whatever it is you're discussing.
