The Importance of Trading Capabilities in a Volatile World
Having that trading capability is absolutely critical and you know one of the things about coal traders are the world hasn't really made any new ones over the last decade so it's also a dwindling talent pool as well. As these as we go through the energy transition and that supply gets shut off versus what we're seeing in copper we can see it in oil. The need to trade becomes almost existential to be able to manage these timesAbsolutely I will not disagree with anything that you just said being a trader myself but it is true it's difficult to attract people into markets like these that seem like fading legacy markets in the rear view mirror.
