How Do You Block Out Your Focus Time?
i think i just in processing it, and i'm still in the middle of it. It really does feel to me like the answer is to just be better about blocking out and protecting big chunks of time. I keep hearing that and everywhere for, like, from yogat everything, like, show up on your mats every day. But b show up for that focus time and actually do the focus time that i had. So i have decided on different things for different days. And and then be and then be happy, not happy, but be satisfied when that is done.
