What's the Difference Between a Build to Let and a Development Loan?
The bridging loan did have a really bad name for itself when I first started in the sector which was probably like 11 or D years ago. But it has matured significantly over that time frame and you know arguably is a mainstream product now. Development finance is slightly different where at some stage it is land so it could be demolition and rebuild or it may just be land planning and then rebuild. One of the interesting aspects from an architect's perspective is that a client will often need to have designs or some sort of proposal for a site in some cases which makes it easier to secure finance.
