Is There a Right Process for Your Research Process?

There are great ways to ask open-ended unbiased questions. But that does not mean that there is one right perfect way that you should be doing things. For instance, for a really long time, I didn't have an intake document. So what would happen is stakeholders would come to me via standing by my desk and saying, hey, I want some research done. And then we can go from a more aligned and a more shared understanding starting point.
