I like to think about NBA players at press conferences right after the game, when they're sitting there and their body language and how they're talking. I want to put that same posture in the email because that rhythmic one line thing, it's hypnotizing, man. It gets them engaged. They reply. That's why my emails work because I'm straight to the point,. They don't want to sit here and read a bunch of paragraphs. So if you're writing more than one sentence on a line, you're screwed, in my opinion, right? Because it's hard to read.
