The Importance of Giving to the Needs of the Church

Paul is into this idea of the Gentile churches sending funds and resources over to the church in Jerusalem for two reasons. One, because he wants that church to be taken to care of. Two, it's sort of this, will serve as evidence that, hey, the Gentiles, they're all right. They're on board with you. That's the idea behind it.
