Quantum Resource Theories and Entanglement Theory
quantum information started in the early 90s and people thought about entanglement many, many years before that Einstein and Bell. It was only in the 90s that people realized that entanglement is not just interesting from a fundamental point of view, but rather it can do stuff with it. We can for example do something known as quantum teleportation. we can use entanglement to teleport in quantum information from one location to another one without actual communication, just with entanglement. Of course, entanglement has many other applications including super dense coding.
