How to Fire an Athlete
Do you guys ever fire athletes? Like, do you ever have realized that you work with one and it's a bad fit and you got to move over? I don't think I've ever explicitly fired a client, but I've definitely have done things in terms of like, spoken to a client and addressed an issue directly without concern if they would fire me for it or not. It really just depends on where you are in your career and depends on how much of an appetite they have for risk. You mentioned getting fired by an athlete, which happens every agent. No doubt.
