The New Left and Black Feminism

The new left is the movement that kind of arose in the especially in the sixties, this new radical left. It became the academic left by the 19 seventies and eighties. Black feminism sort of takes i mean, it still exists. But you have to understand that was kimber crenshaw was a black feminist. Patricio collins was a blackfeminist. A lot of audrey lord was a black feminists in the comety river collective. When you start talking about the founders of what became critical race theory, a lot of them were black feminist. And that's why intersectionality was named by the same person who named critical race theory.
