Is It a Joint Venture or a Partnership?
I really like having the investors because there's a lot less risk and sometimes it just makes more sense to do that. We don't bring in lots of investors like some of these self-storages where they bring in $5,000, $6,000 for each investor. A lot of times those three or four people are in the same fruit. I don't like to mess around with too many people because it becomes a little bit more complicated.
