How to Measure Progress in Six Weeks
In a 12 month period, the company executed about 30 to forty different initiatives. They called every six week initiative as an m b p, a minimum bible proposition. At the end of ou no, 12 months, what they were able to identify was five or six ideas which te which had the legs to become transformatve at an enterprise level. And this year, what they are doing in the next 12 months, is to take these five to six initiatives into organizational scale.
