Sacks: Corrections should get same level of publicity as the original story. If they refuse, and they publish a lie and it damages somebody, then they should be liable for that. Sacks: Fox has only 4 billion of cash. So they just spent 20 somewhat percent of it paying this off. The next one is like Smartomatic, which is another voting machine company. That's an even bigger lawsuit, actually. A lot of people are emboldened to sue some of these media companies if the lie is egregious enough.
