Having a High Return, Highball Strategy

i have a stupid dreamof building up the larget like h s a policy in the world, but noboy, i don't think anybody's quite done it with the h s a yet. The politics behind that have never really been able to iron out. But has that that triple tax benefit. And if you could, if you had a a high return, highball strategy that didn't blow up,. It would be an interesting way to build up a version of that.
