Rorald Amundsen: The Lean Startup
The original lean startup, Rorald Amundsen. He's the first person actually to reach the South Pole in about 1912. His goal is get to the South Pole first and hopefully alive. Go about eight to 12 miles a day so the dogs know about it. Always have a lead skier in front of the dogs because those kind of dogs like to be dominated.
