The Role of Regional Training in Regional Training

I don't know why it's the model that we've decided that our regional training will be based around these types of drills. It seems to have a degree, I have to say, it has a suspicious level of linearity through the age groups and through the levels. You know, almost like somebody's placed it into an Excel spreadsheet and put a little... Some Excel, what I just read you out is on Excel. Are there formulas as to what the next clicking a cell?
