When he was at Green Bar in his third year, they kind of came to me with the opportunity to potentially stay for a fourth year. And I had pretty candid discussions with them and we kind of mutually agreed that it's probably better to part ways. So what my whole plan was is find a job that will be much, you know, much fewer hours and more flexibility in my life so that I can search on the side.
