What Is Security Culture?

Security culture can prevent active from being arrested after actions. When protesters damage or destroy property while protesting, police will spend weeks trying to identify the individuals responsible. If everyone is dressed basically identically, with their features covered and no logos or tattoos showing, it's much more difficult for police to identify people after an action. The vast majority of affinity groups don't exist to organize window breaking, fire starting, or any of the other things the media love to focus on in their coverage of portland protests.
