Everyone has housing market crash predictions. Some media outlets will tell you the sky is falling, real estate is on the edge of a cliff, and the whole world is turning upside down. Meanwhile, investors who made it out alive during the great recession see an oncoming housing correction as an opportunity, not a warning sign.
