How to Look at a Property

If we've seen an area and it's a deal that we think makes sense financially, things that are interesting to us. We like having vacancy in buildings because that's additional income once it gets leased. A lot of these leases, especially as the tenants get smaller, can be as short as two to three years up to five years. And so often where prior owners either didn't have the money or they were lazy, those types of properties don't sell very well.
