Even within a 12 step fellowship, the way that it's presented can be radically differ. I always say to people, if you're going to try aa like, at least just give it, like, five different meetings before you rule it out. A lot of those hard core ideas about 12 sep recovery are more a function of the treatment system. And i needed that form to understand what's going on with our treatment system.
