And i love to e somebody cheered with me once, and this is something i tryd to put into practice. Clarity, purpose, organizational clarity, leadership, development team dynamics are four potential areas where we may have blind spots as leaders. For the leader who is in a good place, these go really good right now. Or for the leader who would say, none of this is in the right place,. It seems like an insurmountable mountain, right? Where do i start?
