When you are clear about what your intention is, your brain and body shift into a state that supports your intention. The second thing is to take that vigor than self perspective. People who think about theire bigger than self goals, how how this role wll allow them to contribute to something bigger than just making a good impression, their whole physiology changes. They make more eye contact, they do more unconscious mimicry of other people's body language and emotions. And try to find a way to let it be cocreated by the individuals in the room. It's not magic. It's just, if you're clear about what you're there for,your brain and body want to support
