The History of Tokugawa Ianari

The tenth Shogun Tokugawa Ia Haru took office in 1760 at the age of 23. Ianari's reign for practical purposes ended in 1841 and that's only 27 years before the end of the Shogunate itself. His time in office was stressful to say the least, it's remembered best for things like the Great Tenmeh Famine which killed or displaced hundreds of thousands of people.
