For me it's all about hard work and I make up for my lack of talent with hard work. your first drafts must hopefully be better than many others if you are spending a lot more considered time thinking about how best to make this work over the week. What is it about being in that quite social environment even when you're locking yourself away with headphones that that that helps you write? You'll look across at the different people that you see every day and those people will give you ideas they willYou know little things that they do or things that you observe each day amongst people will inform and inspire your writing.
