The Importance of Learning From Slum's Advice

So just two days ago, someone texted me about an issue about marriage. They said a friend of this Pakistani background is looking to get their daughter son married. However, the other side has suggested that the dowry shouldn't be paid now, but paid in case the marriage breaks down - at which point the dowry will be considerably higher than it would be now.
