The Connection Between the Unconscious and the Conscious Mind
i don't think there's an unconscious thought module and a conscious thought module. Different ideas are sometimes structurally different, is often structurally different. People also often do things that they have a strong desire to do, but consciously think is wrong. Mind is full of various kinds of ideas which conflict with each other. By the way, if there was such a rule, then poperian epistemology would be unable to understand what people say about themselves or why they're doing certain things.
