The Toyota Tivo Concept Car

A concept car designed by 14 to 18 year olds in Australia would monitor and restrict the action of its driver. The idea is kind of interesting, I remember back when they put it into working F1 cars now. One of their ideas was a speedometer that would change its display when you're getting close to the speed limit. This obviously couldn't be done because the car would need to automatically know what the speed limit was where you're driving. And Alex is over here trying to act like Soros himself designed this car. He's going to force everyone to drive one within a matter of years.
