Trama psychodrace s a trama is an experience that changes your nervous system such that it behaves differently in the future. This has a lot of implications for things like trigger warnings. People with serious trama are rarely encouraged to get us far away from the feeling, at least not in clinical setting.

Dr Andrew Huberman is a neuroscientist, Associate Professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine and a podcaster.

The mind and the body are intimately linked.
