The Differences in the Work Culture of My New School

I feel like with this particular community, I need to be giving them lots more windows and sliding glass doors rather than mirrors because they get mirrors all the time. At my former school, it was very common that I would try to get a sub and I could not get a sub. That is not an issue at my new school. There are a set of subs who only go to my school and they're happy, happy, happy to come in. It's been nothing for me to have a sub come in and it's not a lot of stress Because I ask one or two people and someone can do it  and away we go.
